Paramount Foam Pvt Ltd became one of the first homegrown manufacturers of polyethylene insulation for thermal and acoustic insulation, engineering foam from our own plant in Sonepat, Haryana.

Mr. Ajay Gupta (MSC. MEngg. in Polymer science & Technology from University of Sheffield, UK), is the first person to introduce and manufacture Crosslinked Polyethylene Foams in India. Paramount Foams Pvt. Ltd. has now started Insulogy Brand XPE/XLPE foam for Thermal & Sound Insulation. Insulogy (Insulation + Technology) by Paramount is Crosslinked Closed cell Polyethylene foam produced by crosslinking the Ethylene molecules TRI-Dimensionally thus providing very good mechanical strength and thermal Insulation properties. It is also made in Flame Retardant Grade and open cell structure for sound Insulation. Insulogy XPE/XLPE by Paramount has very high moisture resistance so it retains its Insulation properties in humid environment for a very long period without any additional moisture barrier. Insulogy XPE/XLPE by Paramount also provides excellent sound Insulation and capable of dampening vibrations. It is specified across HVAC, automotive, PEB structures, defence, sports, and waterproofing. From sheets, rolls, and pre-formed pipes to camping mats, play mats, and sports flooring, every product is engineered and made at our own plant in Sonepat.

Our plant at Sonepat, Haryana is entirely home-grown, and we control the process end to end, from compound formulation right through to finished product, with optional metalized foil, aluminium foil, UV barrier film, and adhesive-coated finishes. The result is shorter lead times, lower freight cost, and foam engineered for Indian conditions, from extreme heat and high humidity to monsoon moisture.

Insulogy by Paramount XPE/XLPE is CFC and HCFC free, RoHS compliant, and engineered to outlast conventional insulation materials. Its closed-cell structure holds its insulating performance for the life of the product, avoiding the thermal degradation that affects open-cell and fibre-based alternatives, so systems keep running efficiently for longer.
