Roof Thermal Insulation/PEB Roof Insulation
Our combined thermal and duct insulation foam is built around a closed-cell XPE/XLPE core with a reflective aluminium foil facing on one or both sides, available with a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing for direct application onto sheet-metal HVAC ducts. The core blocks conductive and convective heat transfer while the foil reflects up to 95 percent of radiant heat, giving a thin, flexible insulation layer that also serves as a vapour barrier, controls surface condensation, and dampens duct-borne noise. The same construction works for over-deck and under-deck roof insulation, wall and partition insulation in industrial sheds and warehouses, pre-engineered building envelopes, and chilled or hot water pipe cladding. The material is dust-free, fibre-free, and odourless, and self-adhesive variants cut single-step installation time on duct runs.
