Pool Cover
Our pool cover is an XPE foam thermal blanket built to conserve heat, cut evaporation, and reduce chemical loss in swimming pools. The three-layer construction laminates cross-linked polyethylene foam with a PE coated fabric facing and a UV-stabilised outer surface. It is lightweight, anti-slip, and resistant to bacteria and fungus, and blocks debris from entering the water during non-use. Designed for outdoor operation across a -20°C to +40°C temperature window.

How does a foam pool cover reduce running costs?
Most of a heated pool's losses are evaporation from the surface. A closed-cell XPE cover with a thermal conductivity of 0.040 W/m.K stops evaporation overnight, which cuts both heating energy and water and chemical top-up.
What thickness and roll size do you supply?
3 mm or 7 mm, 1.5 m wide, in standard 100 m rolls. The foam is bonded to a PE coated fabric for durability and handling.
What temperature range does it tolerate?
-20 to +40 degrees C, in blue, black, or a customised colour.
