Application

PEB & Metal Buildings

Pre-engineered steel buildings, factories, warehouses, and logistics sheds gain and lose heat fast through their metal roof and wall sheets. A closed-cell cross-linked polyethylene foam, laminated with a reflective aluminium foil facing, is fixed under or over the metal deck to cut solar heat ingress, lower the cooling load, and stop condensation forming on the underside of the roof. The same foam works behind wall cladding to reduce thermal transmission through the building envelope, while the closed-cell structure dampens rain drumming and ambient noise. The result is a cooler, quieter, more energy-efficient working space that installs fast in long, low-waste rolls.

Use Cases

Roof underdeck insulation below a single metal sheet
Roof overdeck insulation between double-skin metal sheets
External wall and cladding insulation
Factory, warehouse, and logistics shed roofing
Industrial sheds and cold-storage building envelopes
Solar heat and condensation control under metal roofing
Rain-noise and ambient acoustic damping

Why XLPE Foam

XLPE Foam vs Roofing Bubble Sheet

Roofing Bubble Sheet

  • Air-filled bubbles for insulation
  • Lower R-value (thermal resistance)
  • Susceptible to punctures
  • Not durable in extreme weather conditions

XLPE Foam Insulation Sheet

  • Closed-cell structure for better insulation
  • Higher R-value (thermal resistance)
  • Resistant to punctures and tears
  • Better moisture resistance
